Irene Nocelli is a qualified remedial massage therapist and is available on Tuesdays and Fridays at Regenerate.  With a background in fitness and personal training she has qualifications and experience in remedial, deep trigger point and relaxation massage, as well as myo-facial release and The Myofascial Cupping Technique. Irene also has a keen interest in lower backs, glutes and neck pain.  She will discuss with you the type of massage you are looking for and work with you in terms of how firm you wish her to be. Some people like really deep tissue massage and some prefer and more gentle relaxation style – Irene does both!

Irene has undergone additional tertiary training in remedial massage and as a result you may be eligible for Private Health Rebates. You should contact your Private Health Provider to find out whether you are covered for Remedial Massage or “Wellness” services.
