About Regenerate

Regenerate was established in 2004 and provides a premier exercise rehabilitation and physiotherapy centre in Wembley, Western Australia. Inside the practice are private treatment rooms, a huge Clinical Pilates studio and next door our 24 hour gym facility.

Our treatment philosophy is to facilitate optimal injury recovery by:

1. Providing early assessment, diagnosis and hands on treatment
2. Education about the cause of injury and how to prevent it recurring
3. Biomechanical analysis to determine any muscle imbalance or deficiencies
4. Specific corrective exercise programs
5. General and maintenance fitness programs
6. Sports specific programs
